What we collect
When you order a portrait
- Birth data — date, time, and location of birth. This is required to calculate your Four Pillars chart.
- Contact information — name and email address, used to deliver your portrait and send order confirmations.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you subscribe to our mailing list
- Email address — used to send you a sample excerpt and occasional updates about Saju Voyage.
Automatically collected
- Analytics data — we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. No cookies are used for tracking. No personally identifiable information is collected by these services.
How we use your information
- Portrait generation — your birth data is used solely to calculate your Saju chart and generate your portrait.
- Delivery — your email is used to deliver your portrait PDF and send order-related communications.
- Mailing list — if you subscribe, we send a welcome email with a sample excerpt, followed by occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Saju Voyage:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Supabase — database hosting for order records and subscriber information.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, portrait delivery, mailing list).
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.
Data retention
- Birth data and order records — retained as long as needed to fulfill your order and provide customer support. You may request deletion at any time.
- Email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
- Payment records — retained by Stripe according to their data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every email
