Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Saju Voyage (sajuvoyage.com) and any products or services we offer. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Saju Voyage provides written Korean Four Pillars (Saju) readings created from the birth data you submit. Each reading is delivered in your private account as a web reading and PDF download.

AI Assistance

Saju Voyage uses AI-assisted drafting as part of a defined Four Pillars reading system. A casual prompt is not the product. The product is the Saju Voyage reading system: chart calculation, Korean-school interpretation, structured synthesis, confidence and safety checks, and final Saju Voyage review.

Each paid reading is prepared with AI-assisted drafting, then reviewed and finalized by Saju Voyage before delivery. We check for chart consistency, interpretive clarity, tone, safety, usefulness, formatting, and delivery quality. We do not claim that an independent certified traditional Saju master reviews every reading.

Nature of the service

Saju readings are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice on health, finance, legal matters, relationships, or any other domain requiring licensed expertise. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on the content of a reading.

Service-level commitment

We commit to the following terms for every order:

• Cutoff. Your SLA clock starts at the order timestamp in Singapore time (SGT).
• Delivery window. Within 48 hours of order receipt. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are delivered by end-of-day Monday SGT.
• Satisfaction guarantee. Your first paid Four Pillars Portrait carries a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. If it does not resonate, email us within 7 days of delivery. We may invite your feedback so we can clarify or regenerate the reading, but the refund remains available with no questions asked if you still want it and the guarantee has not closed.
• Dependent readings. Annual Almanac and Saju Consultation are built from your Portrait. Buying either paid dependent reading after Portrait delivery confirms that the Portrait resonated enough to serve as the foundation, so the Portrait satisfaction refund no longer applies. A complimentary Saju Consultation question included with your Portrait does not close the guarantee.
• Refund effect. If your Portrait is refunded, the refunded Portrait is no longer available in your account and cannot be used as the foundation for Annual Almanac or Saju Consultation. Any PDF already emailed or downloaded is yours to keep, but it cannot be technically recalled.
• Revision rule. One free revision request within 14 days of delivery (specific clarification or factual correction, not a rewrite). Subsequent revisions are paid.
• Retention. The PDF is yours to keep permanently. The web reading in your private account remains accessible as long as your account is active.
• Failed-input handling. If birth data is incomplete or impossible (e.g., date in the future, location unresolvable), we email you for clarification within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve, you receive an automatic refund within 7 days.
• Support channel. hello@sajuvoyage.com; one-business-day response.
• Quality improvement use. We only use your delivered reading for internal quality improvement if you affirmatively opt in. This consent must be separate and unchecked by default. Personal identifying information is never included.

Orders and payment

• Pricing — all prices are displayed in US dollars and charged at the time of purchase. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment processing — payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Accuracy of birth data

The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. If you provide incorrect birth data, the resulting reading will reflect that data. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input. See Failed-input handling above for the resolution path when data is incomplete or impossible.

Intellectual property

• Your portrait — once delivered, you may keep, print, and share your portrait for personal use.
• Our content — all website content, branding, sample materials, and other materials on Saju Voyage are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• Our preparation process — our practitioner workflow, source materials, and internal quality process are proprietary.

Account and email

Saju Voyage does not require password-based account creation. Orders are associated with the email address you provide, and private reading links may attach a browser session for reopening your reading account. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address for portrait delivery and keeping private reading links secure.

Mailing list

If you subscribe to our mailing list, you consent to receiving the 5-Day Saju Crossroads Guide, First Signal follow-up, and related Saju Voyage nurture emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Limitation of liability

Saju Voyage is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on portrait content.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Saju Voyage is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Saju Voyage after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saju Voyage operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
