These terms govern your use of Saju Voyage (sajuvoyage.com) and any products or services we offer. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Saju Voyage generates written portraits based on Korean Four Pillars (Saju) analysis. Each portrait is a computationally derived interpretation of your birth data, delivered as a PDF document to the email address you provide.

Nature of the service

Saju portraits are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice on health, finance, legal matters, relationships, or any other domain requiring licensed expertise. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on the content of a portrait.

Orders and payment

• Pricing — all prices are displayed in US dollars and charged at the time of purchase. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment processing — payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Delivery — portraits are delivered via email as PDF attachments, typically within 48 hours of your order. Most arrive within 24 hours.

Refund policy

Because Saju portraits are personalized digital goods generated specifically for your birth data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once portrait generation has begun.

If you experience a technical issue with delivery (e.g., you did not receive your portrait), contact us at hello@sajuvoyage.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Accuracy of birth data

The quality of your portrait depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. We calculate your chart exactly as submitted. If you provide incorrect birth data, the resulting portrait will reflect that data. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input.

Intellectual property

• Your portrait — once delivered, you may keep, print, and share your portrait for personal use.
• Our content — all website content, branding, methodology descriptions, and other materials on Saju Voyage are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• Portrait methodology — our computational approach and interpretation framework are proprietary.

Account and email

Saju Voyage does not require account creation. Orders are associated with the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address for portrait delivery.

Mailing list

If you subscribe to our mailing list, you consent to receiving a welcome email with a sample excerpt and occasional updates about Saju Voyage. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Limitation of liability

Saju Voyage is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on portrait content.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Saju Voyage is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Saju Voyage after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saju Voyage operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
